Arthroscopic debridement and capsular release is a minimally invasive technique typically utilized for the early to moderate stages of shoulder arthritis. This procedure removes arthritic bone and loose cartilage from the joint, as well as release tight capsular tissue to allow for improved shoulder motion. This is a good option for patients wanting to avoid or delay the need for a shoulder replacement.

ARTHROSCOPIC DEBRIDEMENT
Arthroscopic tennis elbow debridement is a minimally invasive procedure whereby small incisions are utilized to allow an arthroscopic camera to be placed inside the elbow to localize the area of degenerated tendon tissue. Once the damaged tissue is found, a small shaver is inserted to perform a debridement of the damaged tendon. By removing the unhealthy tissue, this allows more normal collagen protein tissue to heal the damaged area.
