ARTHROSCOPIC DEBRIDEMENT/MICROFRACTURE

The arthroscopic debridement and microfracture procedure is a minimally invasive surgery utilized to remove unstable pieces of cartilage and bone. Once a stable lesion is achieved, the defect is then drilled to give bone marrow cells a channel to repair the damaged cartilage.
