Arthroscopic debridement and capsular release is a minimally invasive technique typically utilized for the early to moderate stages of shoulder arthritis. This procedure removes arthritic bone and loose cartilage from the joint, as well as release tight capsular tissue to allow for improved shoulder motion. This is a good option for patients wanting to avoid or delay the need for a shoulder replacement.

ULNAR COLLATERAL LIGAMENT RECONSTRUCTION
(AKA TOMMY JOHN SURGERY)
When the inner elbow ligament (ulnar collateral ligament) is ruptured in the throwing athlete, a reconstruction is required to stabilize the elbow. Donor tissue is utilized to rebuild the native ligaments onto their anatomic attachment sites on the ulna and humerus. Once full rehabilitation and healing are achieved, strength and function approach pre-injury levels.
